Insulation testers

Many products for automotive, industrial, and civil applications require insulation and/or dielectric strength tests to verify compliance with safety requirements or simply the absence of insufficient insulation conditions that could lead to short circuits in the presence of vibrations, humidity, or mechanical deformations.

For the testing of this product category, our standard insulation testers can be applied:

• PCI2013: System with 8, 16, 24, or 32 outputs, with monitoring of contact closure to intercept the failure to supply high voltage in case of contact system breakage.

Similar to our leakage and flow meters, our insulation testers also have the capability to test multiple pieces with the same instrument: the 8, 16, 24, or 32 outputs can be freely grouped into 1, 2, 3, or 4 groups corresponding to 1, 2, 3, or 4 pieces.

For more complex applications, such as those requiring combined insulation, dielectric strength, and surge tests, we can integrate multiple devices controlled by dedicated software.
