Leak detectors

All products that must ensure a tight seal are routinely subjected to seal tests using various methodologies. Our leakage testers operate on the principle of pressure decay, both absolute and differential.

Within this product category, several models are available, flexible and configurable according to customer requirements:

• BLD: Single-channel entry-level system, equipped with comprehensive functionality, assessing leakage through pressure decay.
• TLD: Single and dual-channel system with advanced features, evaluating leakage through pressure decay.
• MS2009: Highly versatile and configurable system for up to 4 channels, assessing leakage through pressure decay.
• MPE2010/MPEPO2010: Highly versatile system, configurable for up to 4 channels, including mixed leakage/flow, evaluating volumetric leakage.

Many of our models offer the unique feature of being configured in a multi-channel setup, providing functionally up to 4 independent measurement channels, at a very competitive price compared to purchasing 4 individual units.

Numerous standard pressure ranges are always available in stock, and upon request, we can manufacture custom versions with mixed configuration, non-standard pressure ranges, electronic pressure control, separate measurement inputs from the air intake duct, etc.

The standard leakage detection resolution can be 0.01 or 0.1 mbar (1 or 10 Pa), but with special executions, we can achieve systems with resolutions as fine as 0.001 mbar (0.1 Pa).

Each application can be optimized by selecting the most suitable testing system configuration.
