Testing and Special Applications
In the automotive engine components sector, we have conducted testing on coils/modules/kits for electronic ignition, intake pressure/oil/particulate filter sensors, EGR valves, cylinder heads and engine overheads, oil pans, oil vapor heaters, lambda sensors, and much more.
These components typically require specialized testing setups: for example, testing engine ignition systems requires equipment capable of operating at up to 30 kV with high immunity to radiated and conducted interference—a level of expertise that few can guarantee.
A concrete example: ECB has designed and built leak test benches using differential technology for Volkswagen engine castings, both internal combustion and electric, demonstrating its ability to meet the needs of leading European automotive manufacturers. Each special application has allowed us to acquire new expertise, which we make available to all our customers.
