Laser trimming for final calibration in an air/nitrogen atmosphere, functional testing, and laser marking. Measurement of cell/body insulation and percentage of oxygen transmitted.
 

Leak test and comprehensive functional testing via CAN using a diagnostic protocol: verification of standby and operational power consumption, verification of digital inputs and outputs, verification of specific circuits (fuel level sensor, oil level sensor, solenoid valve pressure monitoring, current sensors).
 

Leak testing and flushing of oil lines to verify the absence of casting porosity or internal obstructions.
