Test Benches

Test benches represent the first level of automation in testing operations, supervised by an operator who generally handles the loading and unloading of the tested component.

The level of automation on test benches is typically not very high, and in most cases, the configuration is for a single station. Automation control is usually delegated to the supervision PC or a dedicated PLC.

However, this does not prevent the integration of high-level technologies such as trimming and marking lasers, laboratory instrumentation, artificial vision systems, etc.

Almost all of our test benches are designed to be quickly re-equipped by replacing pallets dedicated to various products. They constitute true multi-product stations that can handle even thousands of different products with the simple selection of desired test settings.
